Color coating line (CCL) |
| This line continuously coats steel sheets (thin sheet coils) as raw material, and then coils it again into semifinished product. This semifinished product is finally worked at other factories into steel sheds and panels for use as building materials. The line has a chemical pretreatment function and high-temperature oven capable of continuous baking, and thus also features strong coatings. |

Continuous galvanizing line (CGL) |
| This line continuously galvanizes steel sheets (thin sheet coils) as raw material, and then coils it again into semifinished product. The line is capable of continuous treatment, and thus also features easy coating control. |

Shear line |
| This line can be designated in various ways such as a rotary shear line and stop cut line according to the type of shearing machine. The line, on a continuous basis, straightens steel sheets (coiled) as the raw material coming from steelmaking plants with a leveller, cuts them into predetermined lengths with a shear, and then stacks them with a piler. A shear line suitable for aluminum materials can also be manufactured, and in recent years, higher-speed more accurate types have moved into the mainstream. To date, we've manufactured a number of shear lines for raw materials measuring approximately 0.15 to 9.0 mm thick and approximately 300 to 1,800 mm wide. |

Slitter line |
| This line, together with the shear line, is the principal machinery in a coil center, and is used to make multiple slits in coiled material (including stainless steel and aluminum) and to then divide it into smaller coils. The line works coiled material into coils of the required width for the next process (e.g. multilayer pressing, blanking, or forming). We have an excellent track record of manufacturing slitter lines for raw materials measuring 0.15 to 6.0 mm thick and 300 to 1,800 mm wide. |

Recoiling line |
| This line constitutes the principal part of refining equipment for coiled sheet steel materials (including stainless steel and aluminum). The line primarily performs various quality inspections (e.g. surface flaws and sheet thickness) and sizing coil width (side trimming and cutting into coil length). Recently, we’ve also manufactured a multi-purpose line that incorporates a cleaning process and special surface treatment. |

Side trimmer |
| This machine is intended for use in trimming coiled sheet steel material into sheet width, and arranged in a CGL, CCL, shear line, recoiling line, etc. The machine allows users to set “Clearance”, “Lap”, and “Trimming width” by entering the sheet width and sheet thickness with the touch panel. We also manufacture a “scrap borer”, “winder”, and “scrap chopper” as accessories for use with the side trimmer. |
